When I was a kid, this was one of my favourites and my love for the pineapple-y goodness has not diminished. It's been well over a year since I last had this dish so I'm glad I to be reunited with one of my first culinary loves. Kub Khao's version is wetter than I'm used to but still flavour packed and just as satisfying.
