Ube Sundae: 2 scoops of ice cream, 1 large ube-filled spring roll, mango condensed milk sauce, topped with plantain chip crumble. With one scoop each of: • Rosewater White Chocolate Jasmine • Black Sesame with Salted Duck Egg The Rosewater White Chocolate Jasmine was nice and light and contrasted nicely with other flavour. I had my doubts about the Black Sesame with Salted Duck Egg, but it was surprisingly good. The sweetness of the Black Sesame balances out the Salted Duck Egg. There's an almost caramel-like note to it. There's a reason it frequently sells out. I don't recommend it to everyone, though, since this flavour combination can be a bit of an acquired taste. If you like mooncakes (the kind with salted duck egg yolks and lotus seed paste), you will enjoy this.
